Delivery Times
Our goal is to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Standard shipping times are typically 2-5 business days for domestic orders. Shipping times are estimated from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are processed and shipped (Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping notification email that will confirm that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Returns Policy
Return Process:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. For EU customers, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period where you can return your purchase without any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. To initiate a return.
