Stock and Delivery times

Are all items shown on the website in stock?

Yes, we only display items that are currently available for purchase.

What are the delivery times for items?

Orders typically processed within 1-2 days, with standard shipping in 2-3 days.

Shipping & Payments

What are shipping costs?

Our standard shipping costs are € 6.99 (incl. VAT)* per order. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How is an order shipped and can I track it?

Your order will be securely packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes and shipped via our delivery partner. When your order is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking details. You can follow your order's progress by clicking on the tracking link or by logging into your account, where the status will show as "shipped."

If you're not at home, the delivery person will attempt to leave the package with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, a 'Not at Home Message' will be placed in your letterbox. You can use this message to reschedule the delivery via the delivery service's website, at a time that suits you.

What payments methods do you offer?

You can pay for orders online via our webshop. we offer different payments like iDeal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal etc. Please select the payment options most suited you during checkout.

How can I place an order?

Step 1: Selecting Your Items

Browse our selection and click the “Add to cart” button beneath the items you wish to purchase. These items will automatically be added to your shopping cart. You can continue adding items as needed. When you're ready, proceed by clicking 'checkout'.

Step 2: Registration and Login

If you're a new customer, you can register by providing your email address. We use a password-less login, you can simply create your account with your email, we will email you a one-time-password each time you login. Existing customers can simply log in using their registered email.

Though we offer an account less shopping experience however, we encourage all our users to create an account to help them better track their order.

Step 3: Enter Your Details and Choose Shipping

We'll need your name and address to ship your order.

Step 4: Payment Information

Select your preferred payment method from the options provided.

Step 5: Review and Place Your Order

Review the items in your cart. You can make any necessary adjustments before finalising your order. Once you click on 'place order', you’ll be directed to the payment page to complete your purchase.

Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If you have any issues receiving your confirmation, contact our customer service.

I did not receive an confirmation email?

Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you see the confirmation page after placing your order, rest assured that we have received your order. You can always log in to kinu.store to check your order status.

Issues with Confirmation Emails:

Sometimes, you might not receive your confirmation email due to the following reasons:

  • The email address entered may have been mistyped.
  • The confirmation email could be blocked by your spam filters. Please check your spam folder.

Return & Refunds

What should I do in case of a complaint?

In case of a complaint regarding a product, please contact our customer care via email or chat.

How do I return an item?

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt and revoke the purchase agreement. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the products to the return address provided. Items must be returned unused, complete, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

If an item has arrived damaged, please immediately take a photo of both the damaged packaging and the item and send it to sales@kinu.store. Before shipping, ensure the item is packed in sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transport.

You will receive your full purchase amount back. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense. Keep the track & trace code and proof of delivery until the refund has been processed.

As soon as the item is returned undamaged and in the original product packaging, we will contact you within 2 working days. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after cancellation, via the same payment method you used.

You may assess/use the products as you would in a store. However, if you use the products in a manner that causes damage, you are liable for the reduction in value.

Products that are custom-made are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. These include:

- All prints on canvas or photo paper that are custom made using the size configurator at kinu.store.

- Frames & art prints that are custom made by the frame maker.
